Dark Art

I can’t say I am in love with this piece, but I am using it as an example for Dark Art. Dark Art is a term used when a graphic artist makes a gloomy, dismal, gothic, distorted, and so on image. ANYTHING you can think of when it comes the word “dark.” It is usually done with people taking a human and transforming them into another being or creature. Like in the image above where you see the human like mutating into something. It is interesting on how or why people do this, but there are just some who love it. I am writing about it solely because it is “interesting” to me, but nothing else really. Dark Art has its roots in history from the gothic style of art done in the past. It is nothing new, but I wanted to throw it out in the open in order to change the mood from my past posts. I think atleast everyone should go and check the style out at least once.
